CDS Investigation leads to Arrest

Millersville, Maryland (Arundel News Network) – In January 2019 the Major Offenders Unit began to investigate a CDS distribution complaint occurring in the 900 block of 1st Street in Baltimore, Anne Arundel County. Through the investigation the detectives were able to identify a suspect, Joshua Albert Boyd.

Boyd was observed leaving his 1st street address on February 14 where hew as stopped by members of the Major Offenders Unit. A search warrant was then executed on his residence and the following items were seized

  • $1,164.00 in U.S. Currency
  • 54.7 grams of marijuana (estimated to have a street value of $1,094.00)
  • 13.7 grams of crack cocaine (estimated to have a street value of $1,137.00)
  • Digital Scale

He has been charged with the following:

  • Possession of CDS – Cocaine
  • Possession of CDS with intent to distribute – Cocaine
  • Possession of CDS paraphernalia
  • Possession of CDS – jarijuana
  • Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute

    I would like to know more information about the home invasion that happened on Flanders Court, in Harwood, Md. last weekend…I live in Maryland Manor…which Flanders Court is the main street..
